Our Story
Mana Support is a child safe organisation, we put the best interests of children and young people first. We are committed to ensuring and advocating for the safety and wellbeing of children entrusted to our care. We demonstrate this commitment through embedding of the NSW Child Safe Standards in culture, policies, procedures and practice. Mana Support has zero tolerance for child abuse and harm and all allegations and safety concerns are treated seriously and acted upon.
We foster an environment where children’s safety and wellbeing is at the centre of thought, values and actions. We place emphasis on genuine engagement with and valuing of children and young people. We are committed to creating conditions that reduce the likelihood of harm to children and young people and increase the likelihood of identifying any harm. We are dedicated to upholding justice for those whom we care for and pledge to respond to any concerns, disclosures, allegations or suspicions of harm promptly and effectively.
Our Mission
Mana Support provides a range of services, activities and connections to a wide demographic of people including: People with a disability, people with a mental illness, children, the aged, families and carers. Our mission is to provide highest quality, holistic, culturally sensitive, person centred care driven by compassion and empathy. Our highest focus is always the individual needs of our participants. We strive for patient advocacy, participant-directed, self-managed care.
